What's your faverite recipe for a shore lunch or just frying the fresh fish you just caught for a meal. I'm not sure what the name of mine would be but here it goes: Fillet of lake trout Some lemon juice Salt Pepper A tiny bit of garlic You just put it all in some tin foil and put on the BBQ and cook untill its done. There is no specific amount of how much of each ingrediant just put how ever much you feel like. I could be forgetting a few infrediants because I didn't make it and I havent had it for a while.
