Alcohol on charter boats

Recommended Posts

Travis Schallock

In your answer to alcohol on a boat previously you said the boat must be anchored, or docked. Is this the same when you are on a chartered boat as well, say Lake Nipigon. We were told it was allowed, and were planning on having a DD to get home afterwards.

Thanks

Unless your charter boat has a liquor licence (remember the old Welcome Ship) you have to meet all the requirements of my previous post regarding private place as it pertains to a boat.
