have a 2002 merc 75hp four stroke , what oil can i use for the motor ? can the bottom end use regular gear oil ? Does canadian tire sell oil filters for outboards. thanks

I use merc products for mine. Yeah might cost a bit more but at least I know what I'm getting.

Any of the boat dealerships sell them. Try North Country Cycle and Sports. Talk to Mike. He'll show you what you need.
