I dunno, the general consensus is he was drunk, but he's getting away with that, environmental damage was most certainly done, he's getting away with that, and now he's getting away with letting fish spoil... Seems like his stupidity should get nailed for something...no?

He did get nailed. Ruined boat. Maybe the cost of getting it out of there and had to spend an uncomfortable night in the bush.

Agreed! Damage costs, loss of use, embarrassment, etc,, is enough grief for any individual that has made a mistake. We all make 'em! Gotta be a reminder that sh*t can happen fast when fishing upstream of rapids!

So I was told by a friend that works at Norms that the story they are telling is they got off th boat on shore and didn't it off properly and it drifted down the rapids. Not sure how plausible this is as I'm not familiar with the lake but that's th story I heard.
