luckmedic 3 Report post Posted September 11, 2012 Hi there,I am going on a fishing trip this weekend and intend to take advantage of ruffed grousse opening on the 15th. Due to the daily limit, I can shoot 5 birds on Saturday and 5 birds on Sunday. My question is if I don't eat all my birds from Saturday, I would be coming home with more than my daily limit on Sunday afternoon, to a maximum of 10. Would a conservation officer be able to charge me for having more than my daily limit in my cooler even though I had followed the law and am simply utilizing my possession limit of 15? (Of course I could only legally have 10, due to the season only being open for 2 days)Thanks,Lucky Quote If you wanna blow smoke, go have a dart.
