Netting Walleye

Recommended Posts

Guest mucky

I understand that aboriginals have the right to net fish. Does these rights have any limitations. Would a person be able to net across the width of a river, and by doing so, possibly interfere with the general public trying to fish the same location? I understand you cannot tamper with the nets, but what if the net is strung across a river and you hit it in your prop while trying to fish/boat?
