Two lines on superior.

I am curious as to when this rule is in effect. As an example, if I were to launch at the mouth of the current river, and fish just outside the mouth, well within the break wall, can I use two lines there. I want to try trolling for the walleye there and it just feels wrong to be using two lines per person, even though I am technically on Superior. I am just wondering, maybe it is different within the Harbour. Thanks MNR. Take care.

The area inside the breakwall is part of zone 9 and as such allows you to use 2 lines while trolling.
