Guest MNR Report post Posted October 31, 2013 You're being a bit vague about why you're not suppose to be there. If the season is closed then you cannot fish (includes catch and release). For example if your friend has taken you to a lake trout lake and it's after Sept. 30th in Zone 6, you cannot target lake trout. You can still be there but cannot assist your friend in exercising their treaty rights.
