Porkchop21 34 Report post Posted April 9, 2014 Anyone know of ice/slush conditions at pine point? Was going to head out tommorow but heard there's a lot of slush and sleds are getting buried. Thanks
Guest lerma Report post Posted April 10, 2014 Was out on Monday. Hard packed snow in the morning. Sliders were melting on the way out. Softened up throughout the day and was good for the ride back. The landing at pine point was sloppy with water in the tire ruts where guys drove on. The rest of the area was not a problem. Still needed an auger extension. Looked like solid ice with about a foot to a foot and a half of snow on top. Fishing was slow but steady. Managed 3 limits but threw back a bunch under 13. Good luck
