Its time to turn my boat (mr. fugly) a little more attractive. She needs a new floor and some fiberglasd and a paint job. It doesnt leak but when in rough water you can feel the bottom flexing with each wave. I figured a new layer of fiberglass inside would help. Plus the old floor is just a piece of plywood. I am planning on putting in some cross supports down and also glassing them in. New foam as it doesnt have any and was thinking either turning it into an open bow or reinforcing it to something i can stand on for casting. Any suggestions?

I will post a pic soon trust me your gonna laugh at it big time but it works. Its a 1957 15.5 foot winner. Got it for free and has been in the water for 2 summers so far.
