Master Baiter 1 Report post Posted September 2, 2006 I remember an article in the Comical Journal last season on this but I just can't remember what the rules are? Can you sling a .22 across your back, unloaded of course; and hunt. I know you would have to get off of the bike load the weapon and then fire at your target.....but is this legal or illegal? Thanks Mike PS I'm pulling for more MNR funding! Joined NOSA and OFAH because of the buget cuts!! Quote If your not a Master Baiter, you'll never pull the big one!! Cheech 2 Report post Posted September 3, 2006 I've posted this on the Officially Rugged site just in case you've missed it.We've asked a CO in the past and he told us you can carry a firearm on a mountain bike as long as it's not loaded.By you pedaling your bike it becomes a motorized vehicle, just like your truck, car or boat.Look for vehicle under definitions in the hunting regulations.
