cdey049 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2015 Hi Everyone, I just moved up to Thunder Bay from Southern Ontario and am hoping to get out for some fall steelheading. I'm a big fan of swinging flies with two-handed fly rods. Most of the rivers I have scoped out so far (Current / McIntrye / Neebing) seem more suited to nymph fishing. Is two-handed fishing popular around here? If so, what are some of the rivers to look at for long casts and swinging flies? brookiebuster 117 Report post Posted September 24, 2015 Most of the bigger rivers past nipigon get fall runs and are two hand suitable. Been out on the north shore alot lately no steel yet.
