Iron Ranger 125 Report post Posted March 27, 2016 I have been looking in to it. We have so many old style logging camps in the area. Maybe they are picked over I don't know. Our home was built on an old logging camp that date back to 1892. I have found old axe heads, old logging chains, pic-a roon heads etc just while I have been burying fish and game carcasses'. Thefishleclair 175 Report post Posted March 28, 2016 Yeah it is, My detector lets me know if its a pull tab or junk. Even so I still dig it all up anyhow. Funny thing is Gold rings and pop tabs will read the same number so I dig them up. Lets just say pull tabs are far more to be found then a gold ring.
