TroutHunter 39 Report post Posted November 14, 2016 So random question... What are you all using for chairs while sitting in the blind? I recently put up a box blind in a tree and the folding OFAH folding camo chair isn't cutting it... Not only is it uncomfortable, but it makes a ton of noise when i move around. Any tips, advice, product reviews??? Thanks Quote ** People often ask me why I like hunting and fishing so much... I tell them that those are the only places where my mind doesn't think.... You should really try it sometime! **
redotter 25 Report post Posted November 14, 2016 Bought two BlackOut fold up tripod blind stools from bass pro shops a couple years ago work great can sit on them for hours. Use them in the hunting blind and ice fishing shack they work great.
arvey 154 Report post Posted November 14, 2016 I have one of those 3 legged stands. the seat that come with it was brutal , so I put a regular padded boat seat in there with a foam pad . in the little shack I built I use a regular kitchen chair and a foam pad both work good. nwodeerhunter 9 Report post Posted November 15, 2016 I bought the Cabela's folding blind chair (on sale it was $69.99). I paired it with a new "heat seat" and I could sit on that thing all day. I also have a buddy heater in there and I can sit from sun up to sun down for days at a time. jonut13 24 Report post Posted November 15, 2016 I use office chairs in my box blinds. Comfortable, you can adjust the height and it's nice to be able to turn them quietly when archery hunting. Also I take the arm rests off.
