Looking for Chevy truck mechanic

Hey guys/gals I'm looking for a good mechanic that knows Chevy's very well, I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado door problem with the driver door lock unlocking when put into drive and sayn door open on the dash and then when parked and u lock the doors it won't enable the alarm system but with set off a random alarm beep for 20sexonds every 1/2 hr😤 It's deffibtly an electrical issue, if anyone knows someone good in his department would be greatly appreciated before I have to send it to badana's at 140$ hr 🙄 Thanks kindly

Electrical issues drive me nuts. But I keep two essential tools in my truck for those issues. A 5 lb sledge hammer and a pair of side cutters! HA ha!

Does the dash say which door is ajar? My guess would be a problem with the door close/ajar switch, the wiring for it, or the body control module. The switch is located in the door latch and when the switch is closed it provides a ground path from the body control module. The system would be pretty easy to troubleshoot with a wiring diagram and a multi meter.
