Wolf 2 Report post Posted May 10, 2017 Woke the boat up from its winter sleep two days ago. The bottom cylinder was full of injection oil. The middle had a little but nothing compared to the bottom. What would cause this to happen. Boat runs fine but after sitting over night and wake up to go fishing in the morning the motor seems to have a hard time firing on the bottom cylinder ( I suppose it's because of the oil that keeps draining in). I know it's old and they smoke but I mean it's a heavy white smoke for the first start after a night or even a week. Due to all 3 not firing right away it can be hard to start the motor if it sat for a week. Any tips or thoughts what is the issue is welcome.
Adrian 132 Report post Posted May 22, 2017 White smoke usually means water and blue smoke is oil. Could be leaking head gasket.
