Amia Calva 23 Report post Posted May 20, 2017 By the Golf Course they are non-stop. I'm pretty sure they ae all whites though. Caught around 10 so far this year, and 20+ last year and they were all whites as well. Going to try Current River again Saturday morning, last week there was nothing. Amia Calva 23 Report post Posted May 20, 2017 Got skunked at the current today. The entire bottom of the current river is covered in suckers right now, but they don't seem interested at all in eating my bait. Sat my worm down in front of a schools face and watched them all ignore it. I ended up snagging two when I cast out in the middle of the river (unintentionally, and only 2 in a 4 hour trip), but didn't get them close enough to ID them. I also caught a metal cane that straightened my hook. I figured that was the sign I should probably try again on a different day.
