Porter Ross 6 Report post Posted August 2, 2017 Gonna be driving through Thunder Bay from Mn to fish Nipigon Bay and maybe Black Bay in a couple of weeks. Is there a bait shop in Thunder Bay that is close to the Highway, is open at 10am on a Wednesday, and has Lake Superior legal frozen ciscoes, herring, or smelt for sale?
