Hurketthunter 65 Report post Posted December 30, 2017 Is it the entire length of sare road or only a portion? Looks like it would be quite a hike on google maps hurketthunter

Hurketthunter 65 Report post Posted January 2, 2018 Ok so for those like myself who have never fished bays end but would like to can we clarify the road issue? It’s private but does the owner let people use it to access the lake? I’d rather not end up in a dispute with the land owner. Thanks for any help hurketthunter
IceSlayer80 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2018 I parked there yesterday and seemed to be fine. No signs telling you not to. Walk down was great, hell of a walk back up. Snowmobiles have packed it down good though so walking it could be worse. Only fished from 1:30-4. Marked lots and only landed one huge Cisco. Sitting in 34fow. Thefishleclair 173 Report post Posted January 2, 2018 (edited) If you look at the Map its marked off as a road and ramp? so I dunno how private it is. Contact the Municipal Office and ask them. flyndie22 15 Report post Posted January 3, 2018 Has anyone ventured to laker grounds out by cariboo if so how much ice ?
kbrest 148 Report post Posted January 4, 2018 The way I understand it, Sare road is private but the owner has no issue with sleds or foot traffic for Lake access but does not want quads or side by sides. I do not however know who the owner is, this was information told to be. People access the lake via Sare road all the time via sled and on foot and do not seem to have issues.
