Snowmobiling Close to town

Recommended Posts

pbear

I would like to take my kids for a snowmobile ride somewhere close to town. We usually go riding up 527 but am wondering where else might be good that doesn’t require a trail pass.  We would have to trailer there because we live in Port Arthur.

On Feb. 3 & 4, you can ride the OFSC trails for free.  Just go to www.ofsc.on.ca and get your free pass for the weekend.  You will get your pass on your computer, print it off, put it in a baggie, tape it to your sled and enjoy.   To get your pass, have your sled registration and insurance information handy.  Thunder Bay Adventure Trails has over 300 km  of groomed trails to explore.
