From the shore"s of your local supermarket

What kind of fish and seafood do you buy and where have you found the best prices? The wife feeds me Tilapia, Sole, Cod and the occasional Salmon. I feed her Walleye Bass and Pike. Of course shrimps and scallops are always on hand. I also, during lean times have been known to buy Walleye and Rainbow. Usually shop at No Frills and Superstore (both same company) Metro and Maltese. Anyone shop for salt water exotics and where did you find them?

There is nothing wrong with Tilapia—it’s a farmend fish low in fat high in protein and tested pretty regular. It’s also pretty tasteless. You should read up on it.

Of course if you get your information off of Facebook then don’t even look at it as your dick might fall off.

East Coast lobster on Arthur is a great place to get fish and other seafood. Not as cheap as metro, but much higher quality

Usually only eat fresh walleye or trout that I catch sometimes the odd shrimp or fish stick lol
