Some Old Guy 968 Report post Posted October 27, 2008 My son has a smaller compound bow. I live in the bush and am sick of arrow hunting. I was wondering what to use for a back stop behing the target bale. I was using a 4x8 sheet of ply wood but he can't pull the arrow out if it does penetrate the wood. What do you guys use, and please don't say "Just don't miss the target!" Roger Quote R.T.R. Respect the resource!
Bill Arnott 2 Report post Posted October 28, 2008 Try and pick up a peice of "mill felt" from a paperworker. This is used to dry paper and is discarded once it becomes too stained to be of use. This can be doubled up and will stop all but broadheads. >Bill Quote CRESTINER BOATS SMITHS RV BRENNEN FORD THUNDERBAYFISHING.COM
