Guest Dan

I heard a brief report on the radio today about a new Ontario record bull shot recently near here. Anybody have any info on this??

I had some pictures sent to me but they were of poor quality. Hope to have a few soon. Cannot confirm on the size right now.

I heard on CBC with Gord Ellis it was a 64 inch span and an unofficial 229. something green score.

The moose is question was shot I believe on Thursday by Fred Hilliard, the brother of a good friend of mine. It unofficially measured 64.5 inches. I believe a story will be run in tomorrows CJ. Check out the overall size of this brute!

Those pictures say it all Terry. I think I know Fred after seeing the photos. Does he work for Union gas? Thanks for posting.

Here's the picture from Bottomfeeder. I had to resize the picture as it was too big. The same goes for the moose!

Just a note guys,

Apparently this site was one of the first to show these pics on the net. So if anyone is going to show them on other boards can you please copy them to your computer or picture host and not link them directly to the board? This took up a lot of band width and I had to purchase some more. But the extra band width was just so other sites can just use the picture. They don't come here to see them. So please save them somewhere else.

I know the last photo is a John Kaplanis photo (the one with the DnR hat and remington ammo) so please credit him for the photo when you place it on another site.

Thanks,

Roger
