Guest beaver Report post Posted September 7, 2006 Planning on heading up to whitefish lake for some pickerel fishing this weekend. New in town and just heard rumor that its good fishing, but also just heard new news that it may be really shallow and no fish,,, does anyone have any info on this lake? Guest Dobsey Report post Posted September 7, 2006 Well the last I heard of the lake it is realy shallow deepest spot is about 22 ft. from what I have heard, haven't done alot of fishing there to know that for sure, but i would estimate that the lake is down about 2 ft maybe, if its anything like Northern Lights. As for the no fish, from my couple fishing trips there I've noticed its pretty much a hit or miss, you gotta find the spot where they all are, but I haven't been there in along time so uhhhh, i dont know what the fishing is like really Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
