Guest marz78 Report post Posted January 6, 2009 I have the same rifle and I love shooting it, even if it was just target shooting, can't seem to be lucky enough to find any big game,during hunting season..It was my dad's and he has pictures of deer and moose he got with it and says more then enough gun for what ever you hunt for.. Jayfishin 63 Report post Posted January 7, 2009 Nice flat shooting caliber for deer. Just note that it may change course alittle easier than say a 30-06 when shooting through any type of brush.
