Adrian at D & R says his suppliers can no longer import them from the US since they are military rounds. Now the suppliers or even D & R will have to import from overseas.

After doing some research, I believe the ban on selling used military brass occurred in the spring of 2009 and has since been reversed. Only used military brass greater than .50 cal can not be sold. I think most brass used in common ammunition bought in our area (federal, winchester, remington etc) is new anyways.
