Buck 120 32 Report post Posted December 17, 2010 Two Nipigon men have been fined $2000 for building a trail more than six kilometeres long in a provincial nature reserve. The 6.5 Km trail in the Nipigon Palisades Conservation Reserve, which was discovered in March by a conservation officer who had received a complaint, is now closed off with signs. The trail was being built with skidders and chainsaws to facilitate one of the accused's moose hunting business, the Ministry of Natural Resources said Wednesday in a news release. The work was being done without a permit under the Provincial Parks and Conservation Act. Quote Not just a 3 month season but a 12 month obsession!!!
