1 pointHey, I just got back from Pakashkan on Tuesday this week. Graham road is plowed, at least as far as Pakashkan road. Pakashkan is plowed from the Graham road all the way to Suka. You will easily be able to drive your truck all the way to the public boat launch on Pakashkan. there is still a half foot of snow up there and no grass to be seen, its still winter up there. cheers

1 pointLow water conditions are not necessarily a bad thing for spring spawning fish. On a normal year many of the fish will spawn on the shallow gravel and the eggs will be left high and dry as the water drops. The low water will force the fish to spawn more in the middle of the river with less chance of the eggs being left high and dry. Some of the better recruitment years have been in low water years.
