Is the water still low enough to see the spawners (East Tribs - Wolf to Nipigon)

me and bigfish were out and we had a phenomenal day on the river, we lost count but we landed around 80 rainbows in 6 hours. all the fish were basically spawned out and only a few fish were still silver. I personally went through 120 sacs and my partner close to the same. fish are still in the rivers, get out there.

whoa, thats like a fish every 4.5 minutes for 6 hours - changing sacs every 3 minutes

Sounds like a work to me....or a fish story.

Come on, everyone knows Salmonider is the only guy that can catch fish like that!

Where's Bigfish for true story!

I believe it to be a true fish tale You just have to know where to go fish and there are still tons of "em there

40 fish each isnt really unheard of if your on a good river where you have every pool to yourself. was posting to let people know there still in the creeks and rivers and hitting spawn.

I agree with this. I came close to this but I was sampling so it was no 6 hours thats for sure. B)

6 hours is pretty tough to beat.

my season has been a complete write off. 0 not a single one.

I hear this.

I have been out once. Missed a couple and lost one, then got caught up in a tree and broke my 9ft rod......now it's more like 8.25.

But my season hasnt started yet. I'll be out over the next few weeks in a couple holes that produce better late....from my experiences anyway.

Since we can not call female anglers "fisherman" We should just call 'em hookers.....

Only got one today, but it was 30 inches. I thought it was big, then I tailed it and saw it for the first and went holy carp! That's a fat fish!

There is a fine line between fishing and standing on the shore like an idiot.

People are still catching them, but they are dropping back to the lake now.
