Guest mackenzie Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Any idea what type of fish these are? I think they are coming to shore and spawning - in pairs and thrashing about. They seem to be about 1 - 2 ' long. I see them every year near the end of June and early July.
Guest MNR Report post Posted July 12, 2012 based on the time of year the fish were observed "spawning" and that large, gold fanlike pectoral fin, best bet is common carp. It would be interesting to know where they were seen.
