brookiebuster 117 Report post Posted November 24, 2012 Today there was not much moving due to all the wind. Did find a few sets of moose and deer tracks in the snow. With the snow when you find a fresh set of tracks it pays off to go in after them. Sometimes you will find the moose bedded down not too far in the bush, other times you may follow the tracks all day. Also driving around and covering alot of ground works. Good luck and dont give up! Quote "Whack em' and stack em',kill em' and grill em'" Ted Nugent

Buck 120 32 Report post Posted November 30, 2012 I have found the moose to be herding up. Have seen many fresh tracks and animals for the last three for four weekends just have not been able to get a shot off. My best luck has been walking through the bush and down trails.
