Bobber Down 921 Report post Posted May 11, 2013 Current River is just a rockin. Try the right channel closer to the elevator. Lots of parking and you can walk out onto the rocks about 50'. The lake water level is still low. Slower water there and easier dipping for the little guys. Not that they ever jumped into the bucket but I remember scoops I needed help lifting as a kid.last year was my first time going in years and years...took my friend out we went to mcvicars and the run wasn't on so we went to the current river and after 30 mins it turned on and we were getting about 10 or so a scoop then someone to told us to cross the river to try and we went across and one scoop would fill the net it was crazy and fun.....broke my net last year haha bought myself a new one...go give the spot in the middle a try it will make you feel like a kid again Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
