summer-run 2 Report post Posted February 1, 2014 Born in Thunder Bay and spent the first 20 years in Northwood area! Then moved to Vancouver/ Lower Mainland area in the fall of 92. I love the Bay and all it has to offer and visit regularly. But the Steelhead / Salmon really are that much bigger out west! Miss the walleye though! That it is FwF!...the goal is 3 months here...9 months in the Bayou...year or two away yet tho'...always excellent bottom fishing here...and this year the marlin and dorado were reported to be good mid January...Dorado is usually March fishin'...but the water is warmer this year...the drawback to that tho'...is stingrays and jelly fish...I'll take that over leeches and blackflies!...LOLOOL...jb... ...some bottom fish...more often than not...it's happy hour fishin'...2 for 1 on Yer line... ...
