Anyone know a good real estate lawyer?

I'm co owner on a property in the area. My relationship has soured to the point I don't think I wish to continue with the present arrangement and I'd like to seek a settlement. The other parties are reluctant to provide a fair settlement, hence the need for a lawyer.

Does anyone know a good real estate lawyer? I have talked to one and looked up others in the yellow pages, but I don't know who is better than the others. PM if you don't want to mention names in the public forum. Thanks for the help.
