scandiman 114 Report post Posted July 5, 2015 Yup, that's what happens when the government shuts down the spring bear hunt for no good reason. Was not a decision based on science and knowledge. Simply a political decision that has seen a dramatic increase in the bear population, human/bear interaction, and likely a decline of moose calf survival due to bear predation.
