Clewis 25 Report post Posted March 17, 2016 I was in Grand Marais on tuesday, The marina was wide open with no ice, even on the edges.... i was dying walking on the beach skipping stones, knowing i could be throwing a spoon for northern, steel and lakers... --i am wondering what was the first area/bay of superior or any river that opened up to become fishable last spring close to Thunder Bay, and not in US.-- i am seriously considering picking up a US day license, and bringing a canoe into the marina in Grand Marais LOL...
