Pro fisherman-Stud Muffin 420 Report post Posted February 2, 2018 Ya just go to dead end of Golding Rd and park .. just don't block trail. Entrance Sled Trail was fine. I was able to crawl at like 5 mph towing my slegh loaded with everything and with 2 small children on snowmobile no problems. All the Fish we found were shallow. 3-1 fow Quote 2016 Dog Lake Open Champion. Thunder Bay BASSmasters Vice-President
Pound 4 Pound 28 Report post Posted February 3, 2018 Any size to the fish you caught Stud. Years back you used to catch nice ones 2-3 lbs. The last few times i fished there it seems that they were small. It could be that they are over stocking the lake. Some wall mounters were caught in there when it was hard to access. But that was many moons ago. Nice easy access now and close to town. Do those dogs still follow you to the lake that live there at the house. They were good company when solo

Superiormobile 34 Report post Posted February 6, 2018 Went in today. I tried a couple of spots. Anywhere from 1.5 to 7’ of water and got skunked. Still better than a day at work. Nice trail in.
