Some Old Guy 968 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 Hi Moose. I didn't plow that long but put quite a few hours doing so. What kind of plow do you have? I have a Meyers plow. Roger Quote R.T.R. Respect the resource!

Snowball 75 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 It certainly was a dump. Our street still looks like this: Yes I DID pay my taxes. The last snowfall was on a Wednesday, we were not plowed out until 2:30 Friday. Anyone else getting this "wonderful" service? Regards, Snowball

Gone8to1248 158 Report post Posted December 5, 2007 Snow???? I thought you Canadians only call that little bit a MILD FROST!! We are just now getting hit with our first winter snow storm. Down here they think 2-5 inchs is a lot! Storm warnning in affect until 6am tommorrow. Then they are calling for rain to wash it away. gone8to1248
Some Old Guy 968 Report post Posted December 5, 2007 The reason I hate grader wash is it gets hard and with a floating blade can sometimes be a hassle especially when it gets driven over. Other than that I used to enjoy the white gold too.! Roger Quote R.T.R. Respect the resource!

Other than that I used to enjoy the white gold too.! Roger Well, the grader finally made it's second pass down the street. I agree completely with Roger, about grader wash being so hard. The snowblower wanted to climb over the wash. My next door neighbour had to break it up with a shovel in order for the snowblower to be effective. It sould be called Grader Rock and not wash.
