Just to let everyone know... I called North Country Meats about cutting up our buck and they were awesome. They said, bring it in no head, skinned and no feet. They will have it for us in a box with steaks and roasts... what ever we want and cost will be about $40.

Now how awesome is that. When I go to buy a turkey it is going to cost me about that much for a 12 pounder.

I just want to thank everyone who told me to contact North Country Meats... thanks again.
