Kayaker

I used to get casing at Maltese groceries or Bay meats. Pork fat has a lesser shelf life than beef fat in the freezer.

I get all my game processed through Strawberry Creek Meats. They may sell you what you need. I'm with kayaker though to stick to beef fat as a filler as it can last two years in freezer if wrapped proper.

jayfishin you like it at strawberry creek. we had ours done there abotu 5 yrs ago and it tasted like sawdust. We get ours done at north country meats now and thier cheaper than strawberry too
