What happened to Gone8to1248 Bernie?

I know some members have been trying to contact me and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. As some know I was up there in July for my vacation but IT got cut short because I was called back for some surgery. The day before my surgery I suffered a crippling stroke. I lost the use of my left side arm and leg. I spent a month in the hospital and rehab learning how to walk again with a shuffle. Yesterday was in  the hospital again and kept over night while they played with my meds. sometime during the night it was like my brain threw a switch and I got the use of my left side again, call it a miracle if you want. So I'm back in limited service again. I just need the doctor to sign off on me and II can get my drivers license back so I can drive!!
