Birds!

Anyone else into birds? Spring is an exciting time because all of the birds will come through your yard to power up at your feeder before heading north to breed. In my back yard in town (John and Balmoral area) ive had 20 species of birds come to my feeder. One of them, the hooded warbler (the picture), came to my back yard and it was only the 4th recorded sighting in thunder bay since 1995! About a week ago the Juncos rolled in, just today I have a group of purple finches now working my feeder hard. Has anyone else had any rarer birds come through? Warblers and other song birds should be coming soon so keep your feeders full and your camera ready!

Nice sighting, Warblers are some of my favorite birds.  That's one I haven't seen.  Noticed the same with Juncos and Finches last week.  No Warbler sightings yet, I'm towards Candy Mountain.
