Lily lake ice fishing

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone has any experience ice fishing Lily lake by Kashabowie ? How's the bite in the hardwater season ? What's lake access like for snow machine in the winter ? Debating heading into that area this weekend. Any info on the lake would be appreciated guys.

Cheers !

Daniel

I would assume the access would be fine for snow machine but not sure if they plow that road at all unless working up there, I have never fished it winter time but have been very successful in the open water season. Just be careful going from the pond to the lake as the water moving through will make for unsafe ice

Snowmobiled on there once, didn’t go from the pond, came on at a culvert and followed a swamp. Had to skip open water in one of the narrows. Never Ice fished it.

You can fish the small lake ( pond ) where boats are . It’s 30’ deep and holds walleye and pike. The creek between the pond and Lilly lake is only inches deep and we run our machines on the right side shoreline into Lilly. Some people drive right thru the creek 🥳 All of my summer spots may or may not hold winter fish 🤷🏼‍♂️

sport .
