Brook trout lakes with relatively easy access

Recommended Posts

Specfisher9095

Hi guys! I’m new to Thunder Bay Area and I was looking to get onto some specs. Not looking for your hot spots I just want to take my wife out for a fun day where she can have fun and catch some fish. Looking for a lake with relatively easy access as I don’t have a sled and would be walking. I’m strictly catch and release. Thanks looking forward to hearing from you!

Anyone ever been into Stillwater lake? Just wondering if there’s a trail to get onto it. Thanks

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - WOW - what a ride!!!

Adrian lake is super easy to access. The road was plowed a month or so ago, not sure what the conditions like now. Also pass lake is right beside the road and has decent splake fishing.
