Tea colored water and the magic of the sun ?.....great picture ! The fish are not carp shaped ..more walleye I'd say. I've seen some gold walleye and some gold carp but ...you've got to share some more pictures . In the right place at the right time and with a camera or your own stocked pond of hybrids ?

Looks like Walleye  and with the amount that is there my guess would be that someone had a good day on black sturg and dumped the guts on the way home. 🤷🏼

Pumps

I've seen guts dumped in the water like that near shore, but too deep for most birds to get at, sit there for years, decomposing at a really, really slow rate.
