just wondering if there is going to be a supper/rules meeting like there was last yr. i can't find any mention of it anywhere?

Hi Crisop.

It's in the rules portion,

PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Competitors must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age as of June 14, 2007 unless they have the permission of their parents or guardians.

All participants will require a WAIVER OF CLAIM, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT AND PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE signed by them or by their parents or guardians if applicable.

All anglers must possess a valid Ontario Sport Fishing License except those exempt by the Fisheries Act.

S.S.S. reserves the right to refuse entry to any Individual or Team for any reason that the Tournament Committee may deem appropriate.

There will be a limited field of 65 paid teams for the Tournament.

The Angler’s Dinner/Rules Meeting Friday, July 11th, 6-10pm, Prince Arthur Waterfront, Provincial Room, Thunder Bay, Ontario. At least one team member must be in attendance.

If, after competition has been started, a team captain or partner is unable to continue for medical, family or other justified reasons, the remaining team member will be given the option of selecting a replacement partner from two candidates supplied by the Director of Tournament Operations or withdrawing from the tournament. Should the remaining team member elect to continue with an authorized replacement partner, all arrangements, agreements and responsibilities such as finances, appointing the team captain, sharing of prizes, etc., must be decided solely between the team members. In the event that the remaining team member elects not to continue in the tournament, the team’s entry fee will not be refunded.
