Antlers with cape still on for taxidermy mounting, will be permitted however the caped portion shall be sealed off with a plastic bag, leaving only the antlers exposed for measuring. Partial rot or foul odor due to decomposition may disqualify skull or antlers from being measured. Skulls/antlers may be cleaned by removing flesh and hide carefully with a knife and boiled to loosen and remove remaining flesh. Final decision on the condition of the skull/antlers to be measured is at the discretion of the measurers. 2. Guest shooter Report post Posted November 25, 2008 Could a person enter a animal under "the found" catagory during this night? Or is this night for animals that were killed by means of hunting only?
