Looking for walleye

Recommended Posts

mike sawatsky

Hello All

I am new to Thunder Bay and am looking to fish for some walleye or pike through the ice this weekend. Just curious where I should start. I do not have a quad so I will have to walk in. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Mike

Try Lac de Milles Lac! I have had great success in wallye fishing there. Check the ice reports for info on the ice there. Hope this helped and good luck :D

If you are walking I would try Hazelwood Lake and/or Whitefish Lake. It would be a very long walk on Lac unless you were going to Pine Point.
