wicabel246 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2009 Well I drove old Besse for the last time on Friday. She was a faithful truck for the last 4 years, but just as I got home on Friday, the engine and tranny gave out. She did get me home, and for that I am thankful. I am putting her out to pasture,(junk yard shhhh), and will miss the old girl. Need new wheels, oh well, only time will tell. Have a great day everyone Peter

Peter My 92 Ranger 4x4 went through 6 motors in 100k kms. Instead of oil changes I was getting a new motor, all under warranty of course! Despite it's terrible track record I still loved that truck. I traded it in to the dealer that sold it to me and I got a newer Ford F150 that I still drive today. There will be brighter days ahead for you like there was for me. Good luck in your serch for a new vehicle. Don
