informative (un-biased) read on bass management

Came across this on the net and found it informative.

What I got out of it is most bass regulations are perception driven and not scientific driven. Restrictive regulations had minimal if any additional benificial effects on population.

And I totally disagree with their report that smallmouth is the 2nd prefered and sought after fish in Ontario. I took it their studies refered to table fare.
